How Can You Cleanse Karma?

Many people are interested in learning about the power of can you cleanse karma? Many people want to learn how to cleanse there karmas, free themselves of old patterns and have a fresh new start. However, in order to learn how to cleanse your karmas it’s important first to understand the difference between karmic consequences and cause. Simply put, you can cleanse but you can’t cleanse karma. We’ll talk about what that means and how to achieve that goal.

Many people don’t realize that some of the most powerful things in life, including good and bad luck, come from karmic circumstances. These karmic circumstances usually occur for a reason. When something bad happens, for example, we have a choice as to how we react. We can either go with our feelings and emotions, which can lead to depression and/or illness, or we can try to deal with the situation in a rational and realistic manner. If we don’t deal with the trauma properly or we choose to live with it rather than deal with it, the trauma has an opportunity to manifest in many ways.

For example, if we don’t have good deeds we have a choice as to how we handle the situation. If we go with our feelings and emotions, which often lead to depression and/or sickness, then we may feel ashamed and inadequate. If we decide to use reason and analyze the problem we may feel overwhelmed with guilt and regret. A true Buddhist might say that these emotions are the product of karma. That’s why it’s so important to learn Buddhist meditation and be taught the true nature of life.

In my opinion there are two answers to the question Can you cleanse karma? The first answer is to attempt to remove all traces of karma from your life. That can be very difficult, and in fact many people end up doing nothing about their karma. This is because karma affects us physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. It’s impossible to ignore karma. However, as a person who wants to change their life the easiest way possible, for me this isn’t an option.

The other answer is to do your best to avoid all traces of karmas. By that I mean to try to live in such a way that you are least effected by any karmic action or occurrence. This can be difficult and I don’t recommend it unless it’s absolutely necessary. If you have the resources to cleanse karma from your life, I would encourage you to do so.

Can you cleanse karma? This is the second question I hear most often, especially from those who are religious. I can’t help but agree with them here. To be honest, for me, cleansing karmas is not an option. If it were, I’d just go take a course to learn how to do it!

Fortunately for many people this isn’t an option, and there are ways to quickly and easily cleanse your karmas. One method is called monk prayer. Another is called reiki. There are also many books on how to cleanse karma, as well as many websites that offer ways to cleanse your life of bad karmas.

The bottom line is, in my opinion, the best way is to do your best to avoid bad things while at the same time doing your best to perform good deeds. A good example of this would be to always try to help others in any way possible, whether that’s through personal service, donations or your financial donations to charity. By performing good deeds, you’ll be able to increase your own good karma. And by consistently doing these good deeds, over time, you’ll be able to increase your own good karma so much so that it begins to clear.
