Life will present you with numerous opportunities to be weak and you will have all the reasons to cower in fear. However, the Strength card appears to let you know that you need to be strong and restrict fear from getting the better part of you. The universe falls in love with people who exhibit strength even in the face of difficulties and those who are willing to overcome all obstacles in life.
In an upright manner, the Strength card might indicate that you are about to enter a season in life where you will be tested beyond measure. It is upon you to fight for your space and remain strong when faced with obstacles. Perhaps you are taking care of a family member who requires medical needs on a regular basis and you are responsible for them. The easier path is to neglect them or claim that someone else can take up that opportunity. You might even lose hope in their ability to recover and thus deem their medical needs unnecessary. While it may seem less burdening, it is cowardice to run away from the challenges of life.
As a human being, it is easier to mind about yourself and it is normal to fend for yourself too instead of taking care of others. Providing medical needs to the sick may seem burdening yet it is relieving and self-less. Neglecting people on the other hand may seem less burdening yet it leaves one’s heart burdened and scarred for life. Like the woman in the card holding the lion, take it upon yourself to face your obstacles head on and not shy away from doing what is right.
In the reverse manner, the Strength card might indicate that you are about to let go of the things that you hold dear and it is affecting you slowly. You might be battling an illness in silence and you have not disclosed it to your loved ones because you do not want them to experience the trouble of having to cater for your medical needs. You are convinced that it is the best decision that you have taken up and in case your condition is terminal, you feel that you will save them from feeling sad.
While it may seem courageous to do so, and even though it feels like you are holding the lion’s jaw with our bare hands, the Strength card warns you that it may work against you. The lion may take charge and attack you when you least expect it just because you assumed you had total control of the situation. Do not hide your problems from your loved ones lest they will feel that you do not trust them which will weaken the bond between you. You matter, find the strength within you!
