Today’s tarot card is the World. The tragedy is when one loses hope after a loss instead of trusting the process and waiting for restoration. The world is made up of people who are always spreading negative energy and complaining after they suffer losses. A loss can be painful yet one cannot reverse the situation hence the best remedy is to stop looking behind but focus on the restoration that awaits.
The World card has the image of a naked woman to indicate that you may be in a place where life has stripped you of your resources and priviledges. You might have lost a job promotion, your business might have failed, your relationship might not have worked among other losses that are making you feel vulnerable. The naked woman seems to be dancing and moving ahead yet she looks behind to indicate that you keep looking behind and this is making you lose sight of your future. Restoration can never be achieved if you cling to the losses that you made and fail to focus on the future. Four creatures are surrounding the wreath and they are; an angel, an eagle, an ox, and a lion. This indicates that you are never alone in the universe for there are guardians and divine protectors sent to protect you.
When people are young, their innocent nature implies that they are able to love genuinely. Children have the purest of hearts since they have not been corrupted by the world. This explains the reason why children will play with other children regardless of their background, status, and even race. They are bound by the strongest bond which is humanity. The universe intends that all human beings should possess the humanity exhibited by children. Such innocence can restore humanity in the world and this would result in the further restoration of peace and love among human beings.
The World card is a call for you to restore the love you initially had in your childhood. Remember how pure your intentions were and how excited you would get when your friend made an achievement. How then did that excitement turn into jealousy? How could an achievement by a friend turn into a threat? When you were a child you played with any child you came across. What happened that you now restrict your children from associating with others? The World card indicates that you are a good person capable of loving too much yet you masked your love when you experienced the harshness of the world. You hid your authentic loving self and became paranoid that you suspect anything and anyone. Your relationships are always failing simply because you cannot offer yourself fully. Your heart was broken and your love was lost. The world to you is a wind that extinguished you since you were a flame of love that used to burn brightly. Today you are called upon to restore your initial love. You may be hurting from the coldness of the world yet you are assured that restoration is possible. Strip and open your heart to restoration like the naked woman in the World card and watch the magic happen while you hold a wand to determine how your life manifests.
The journey to being great begins by acknowledging that one has the ability to be great. Every achievement made was once a dream that the dreamer conceived in their minds and they went ahead to pursue it even when others doubted their capability. It is better for one to believe you can do something and the world discourages them from doing it as opposed to the world believing that they can achieve something yet they do not believe in themselves.
The World card is a warning that your self-esteem requires restoration. You keep doubting your potential yet the universe has chosen you for an important mission because it has seen your capability. Like the naked woman surrounded by a wreath, you have put a limit on yourself and your potential. You are afraid to think out of the box and even come out of the cocoon you have locked yourself in.

What happened to your inner child that wanted to change the universe? Why did you conform to the societal expectations that are only there to clip your wings and prevent you from flying? You keep on looking back and upon recalling your dreams and ambitions as a young person, you dismiss them as a fantasy. The truth is; your ambitions were not a fantasy but that was your authentic self who had high-self esteem. That was your true nature and your reality before you accepted to get into the cocoon. The World card is letting you know that it is not too late to arise, remove the robe of low self–esteem and take up your confidence wand. It is your time for restoration but it will only happen if you are willing to make the first move.
Sometimes loss is inevitable but when it happens, one cannot keep grieving. Like the naked woman in the world card, you have to dance your way out of the loss and look ahead for restoration to happen. If you keep on looking behind, you will miss on the opportunities ahead and this may take away your golden chances of restoration.
