The upright Temperance card is a sign of good luck and it calls you to take a risk and do what you dread the most. Maybe at the beginning of the year, you set up some goals which you wanted to fulfil or rather a bucket list of crazy activities you wanted to try out yet you have not. You have been hesitant and you avoid them at any cost even if it includes giving lame excuses just to console yourself that it is okay to let them stay pending. You need to trade the fear that stops you from taking the risk and purchase courage.

Just like the angel dips his foot in the water, probably to check the depth, before fully immersing himself, you cannot run to take a risk just because you want to be recognized as a risk taker. Remember that risk is never a certainty thus trading for it does not guarantee you success, but only gives you the chance to acquire success. If you run to fully immerse yourself in a risky affair before conducting thorough research to ascertain whether you can handle the waters, you will definitely end up drowning.
